All orders are processed and then shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified, such as pre-order items. Shipping from Mexico, DHL express. Shipments typically arrive to USA within 3-5 business days, but this can vary depending on customs clearance.

We ship worldwide! Please message for international shipping rates. For countries other than USA and Mexico, import duties and taxes may be charged by the shipping company and are to be paid by the receiver. This can differ depending on the country and are unfortunately out of our control.

RETURNS

Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery of the purchase, in original condition. Return shipping costs to our
location in Mexico is at the expense of the buyer.

GARMENT AND LEATHER CARE

We recommend hand washing garments in warm or cold water and hanging to dry.

To care for your leather piece, a standard leather cleaner or saddle soap with a cleaning cloth is advisable for dark colored leathers. Leather conditioner can also be used on darker colors. For light colored leather items, spot cleaning with a clean damp cloth is suitable when needed. Leaving your leathers in direct sunlight for prolonged hours is not recommended.
